My passion for cooking started when I was 5 years old. I was inspired by the culinary talents and passion of executive chef Emeril Lagasse. I loved watching his TV show – he captivated me his “BAM” routine for adding spices. I was also inspired by the cooking skills of my father, mother, grandfather and grandmothers. I especially loved accompanying my dad as a volunteer to an annual event called “Men In The Kitchen”. As a junior chef, I contributed my desserts. As I got older I contributed my specialty dishes.
Now I can prepare everything from hors d’oeuvres and desserts to complete dinners.
I will be pursing a Bachelor’s degree in Culinary Arts. I am enrolled in the Culinary Arts track at my High School and I am a member of my High School Culinary Team. We were awarded 3rd place at the Annual Maryland Prostart Culinary Invitational – 02-2010. As a result, I have already received several scholarship offers from some of the top Culinary Schools in the country … including Johnson and Wales, Culinary Institute of America.
I look forward to sharing my unique and innovative menus with you and your guests.

We hired Aaron to cater our Super Bowl party this past Sunday and were not disappointed. Every single dish he provided was a huge hit. Our guests raved about how good the food was as they were getting their second (and in some cases third) helpings. We will definitely be using Aaron again (very soon) and highly recommend his services.

I know your parents are extremely proud of you. I am Dominique’s mother and as you probably know, she is also interested in the culinary arts and in fact, has catered a couple of events in the past year, not to mention preparing Thanksgiving dinner and the like. I know she is going to “kill me”, as she has know idea I am on your site however, it is not often that you come across talented, progressive, young persons like yourselves and I can not resist the temptation.

Thanks for catering our daughter’s Sweet 16 Tea Party and Holiday Open House. At the tea party the scones – cheddar, chocolate chip and peppermint — were delicious and the girls raved over the chocolate trifle. Our Open House guests loved the Beef Brisket,the pinwheel sandwiches and gingerbread trifle. You were a charm to work with and such a professional. Thanks again!
